Mouse over the raster plot to see information about individual trials.

Sort by experimental factor creates a plot for each category within the factor.

Time relative to shifts the raster plot relative to trial events.

Line smoothing controls the standard deviation of the Gaussian-smoothed histogram of the plot.

Show lines and show spikes will turn on and off the raster spikes and Gaussian-smoothed histogram. Turning off the raster spikes will collapse the heights of the plots so that they are easier to see in one window.
